We have just received a great message from the EBSCO informing us they are indexing all the 2020 Volumes except for the medical book since they do not have a section to index it in in terms of Central European publications but will keep the book on the list for future indexation in case they create new section slot for this topic. Then they would include it.
The conference will be organized online using Google Meet
- The conference will be organized fully online on the third Wednesday of March 17.
- It will be done using Google Meet, so you need a browser, access to your mailbox where you will receive the link, and working microphone and webcam. Prepare a presentation for about 7 minutes to fit in the 10-minute timeframe set for each presentation.
- If you did your registration by Monday 17:00 CET as a registered participant and have not received instructions for the presentation, please check your spam folder as it will be there.
- If you have not informed us that you want to present even if you are a virtual participant, we do not expect you to present as we expect your work duties do not allow that. If you can and would like to make a presentation, please email us to petr.hajek@iseic.cz your topic, name, and email for sending you presentation invitation and expect to present on Wednesday between noon and 13:00. Not later as with the last presentation the conference will end.
- All regular participants are expected to make a presentation (one per article), see your spam folders please. You are going to receive a presentation invitation on Wednesday morning at 9:00 while in the email you already have a preliminary program of presentations.
- Registration is remaining open while final article submission is possible by end of March, if you need to submit it later, it is possible but please inform us – then you can send it by the end of April.
- Recently, the 2018 Volume became indexed in the WoS, we expect the 2019 Volume to become indexed during the first half of 2021, and the proceedings from 2020 to become indexed sometime during 2021 (probably during the summer or fall period).
- Following the WoS editorial board’s suggestion to shorten the indexation waiting period we have split the proceedings into four books in 2020. Therefore, we hope the volumes will become indexed in shorter periods of time (in less than a year).
Benefits
- Fee already includes English proof-reading!
- You can register, send us an article and pay after review/information about acceptance.
- We support young authors to get experience and improve quality of their article.
- We help authors to get published with advice so we can push the rejection ratio very low.
